Built 2002 and new renovated in 2009 with new furnishings. The Villa Summer Dream has 3866 total sqft central A/C plus pool plus lanai plus Dock with Tiki and a 10K Bootlift, on a 13,000 sqft lot. It has SE exposure on a 100' saltwater waterway in SE Cape Coral. There are no long distances as to the SW. The living area is open style with kitchen/serving bar plus dining room-cathedral ceiling. It is allergy-friendly with ceramic tiled floors throughout. We offer those who need their notebooks W-LAN High-speed Internet at no additional cost. The highlight: stunning electrically heated 'disappearing edge' pool and spa (electric heat). We offer a very big screened pool area/sun deck. Private boat dock/sun deck has 600 sqft. You have access to the Gulf by boat in just 25 min.

Area description
The first houses were built in 1958th Thanks to an active campaign, the city grew rapidly, although many property buyers had soon discovered that the land was hotly touted miles away from all the institutions of civilization and was basically worthless. Others had better luck, or informed themselves prior to purchase more thoroughly and were able to enjoy a piece of land whose value has multiplied over the years.
Cape Coral is the second largest city of Florida.
1964 was the Cape Coral Bridge, which connects the city with Fort Myers. Due to the large population needed another bridge was completed and 1997. The Midpoint Bridge "has brought together the two cities even closer.
The oldest part of Cape Coral, the "Yacht Club" in the southeast corner, was built in the 60s. Other areas followed: the so-called "Gold Coast" in the east, the "Pelican Area in the south.
1970 Cape Coral was registered as a town. The city has now (2007) almost 170,000 residents and more in the winter, thanks to the tourists and "snow birds" (Americans from the frozen north, pushing the snow to Florida) about 20,000.
Cape Coral is located near the North-South Interstate 75th There are two toll bridges across the Caloosahatchee River to Fort Myers. Since 1 November 2007, the bridge toll is charged only in one direction, namely from Fort Myers to Cape Coral. Therefore, it is advisable to furnish upon arrival in Fort Myers, where the goal is Cape Coral, two U.S. dollars to have handy. The drive from Cape Coral to Fort Myers will not be liable to a toll. By plane Cape Coral internationally and nationally most of the about 30 km away, Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers can be reached. For private or selected short-haul flights also provide the regional airports in Fort Myers

#9 Entspannung pur!
Wir waren mit 4 Erw. und 3 Kindern für eine Woche in diesem wunderschönen Haus in CC in den Ferien. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, war sehr sauber und bietet reichlich von allem, was man so braucht(Porzellan, Strandtücher, Platz, technische Ausstattung...). Der Pool/Terrassenbereich ist sehr schön und grosszügig, für Entspannung und ruhige Stunden bestens geeignet und der grosse Grill super. Auch der Kontakt zu Vermieter und Hausverwaltung vor Ort war gut und unproblematisch. rundum eine entspannte Woche, wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren!
#8 THE IDEAL HOUSE!!!
This house is in very good condition cause everything is new. Exactly what we have been looking for!!! Just at the time we enter in, we have loved the house so much till the end of our trip. We appreciate a lot the pool, spa, deck, etc... The picture on internet represent really well the reality. Mr. Wimmer the owner his a good person and we have very good communication with him. Thanks again for everything. FOR SUR A PLACE TO RECOMMEND. We didn't saw any other house we would have traded for!!!
#7 Beautifull Home and Water View
We had the opportunity to stay in this home for 30 days in March of 2011. This is really a top of the line home to spend your vacation in. The pictures are an excellent represenation of the property but really do not do justice to the home's interior with its vaulted ceilings and tastefull decorations. Everything in the home is new and high end. The pool and spa offer a wonderfull day of family entertainment in the sun. The pool layout provides for sun all day and if you need relief from the sun the large lanai offeres shade throughout the entire day. The lanai also offers opportunity for a restfull outside dinner overlooking the water at the end of a day of fun in the sun. The spa offers a relaxation option in the cooler evening temperatures with beautifull views over the water. The entire property was clean and well maintained. I was particularly impressed by the personnal call from Mr. Wimmer, the owner, to inquire if everything was ok and met our expectations. His rental management company did an excellent job in follow up to insure no problems were encountered. The home is in an excellent location only 0.8 miles from Del Prado Blvd which has shops to meet any vacation needs including a large Publix supermarket about 1 mile from the home. Numerous restaurants within 1 to 3 miles of the home. From the home we found it to be about a 50 minute drive to Ft. Myers Beach and about a 75 minute drive to the less crowded beaches to the south i.e Bonita beach and the beaches to the north at Inglewood. This is a vacation home we would not hesistate to recommend to friends and family and will cetainly be number 1 on our list for future vacation trips to the Cape Coral area.
#6 Traumhaus
Wir waren schon mehrmals in Cape Coral, doch dieses Haus übertrifft sie alle!!! Es ist wirklich ein Traumhaus. Es ist riesengroß (wir waren 4 Erw. 2 Kinder), super aufgeteilt und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet (W-Lan, grosser TV, I-Pod Station, Klimaanlage, Haarfön etc.). In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht und der Weber Grill auf der Tereasse ist eine Wucht. Wir haben nur gegrillt. Der gesamte Aussenbereich ist wunderschön angelegt. Der Pool liegt den ganzen Tag in der Sonne, der Rest der Terasse ist überdacht und bietet angenehmen Schatten. Am Anfang der Strasse befindet sich ein Waalmart (24 h geöffnet) und auch sonst liegt das Haus perfekt. Alles, was man braucht befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vom überaus freundlichen, ersten Kontakt mit Herrn Wimmer (Vermieter), der Betreuung vor Ort durch die Hausverwaltung, bis zum Ende unseres Urlaubes hat alles 100 prozentig gestimmt. Wer einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einer Traumvilla verbringen möchte, ist hier richtig!!! Dieses Haus können wir nur weiterempfehlen. Nochmals vielen lieben Dank wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub. #5 Faulenzen in der Sonne
Der Urlaub in der Villa Summer Dream hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Kinder und Erwachsene hatten viel Spaß im Pool und beim abendlichen Grillen. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz für zwei Familien. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Im Vorfeld wurden wir sehr gut informiert. Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, so dass schnell für das leibliche Wohl gesorgt werden kann. Auch die "Sonnenlage" des Hauses ist optimal-Pool in der Sonne, Tisch und Sitzecke im Schatten. Schöne Ziele wie Sanibel Island, Naples, Everglades sind gut zu erreichen und auf alle Fälle einen Besuch wert. Das Meer ist superwarm und die Delfine faszinierend. Wir können das Haus guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und wünschen allen, die es buchen, viel Spaß.
#4 Erholsame Familienferien
Wir haben unsere Ferien (Familie mit 2 Kindern) in diesem Hause genossen. Die Einrichtung ist, was man doch ziemlich selten findet, sehr modern und geschmackvoll. Es hat genügend Platz im Haus wie auch im Loungebereich. Der Pool dürfte etwas grösser sein, doch dies hat unsere Kinder nicht weiter gestört. Zu erwähnen ist auch die Nähe zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die ruhige Lage an einer Kanalkreuzung. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und die Betreuung vor Ort war nett, hilfsbereit und eigentlich immer erreichbar. Besten Dank
#3 Erholsame Familienferien!
Wir (4 Erw. & 2 Kinder) haben 3 angenehme Wochen in der Villa Summer Dream verbracht. Die Ausstattung des Hauses entspricht der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Alles befindet sich in einem guten Zustand und nicht verschlissenem Zustand. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch zentral. Damit hat man einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Der kleine Strand am Yachthafen von Cape Coral ist absolut empfehlenswert und liegt mit dem Auto knapp 15 min entfernt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm und man hat mit Herrn Wimmer eine sehr freundlichen Ansprechpartner. Auch mit der Hausverwaltung vor Ort lief alles sehr problemlos. Wir können dieses Haus bedingungslos weiterempfehlen!

Das Haus, die Einrichtung und die Ausstattung sind perfekt! Empfohlen für: Familien mit Teenagern, Familien mit kleinen Kindern
#1 "Ein Haus zum Verlieben!"
Wir (2 Erw.) haben in der Villa Summer Dream eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr modern, hell und freundlich eingerichtet und hebt sich somit angenehm vom sonst häufig üblichen "Florida-Barock" ab. Auch die technische Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen; so stand etwa auch auf der Terasse dem "Genuss" des heimatlichen Radiosenders per App nichts im Wege. Der morgentliche Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer über den Pool- und Spa-Bereich auf die direkt einsehbare Kanalkreuzung ist unbezahlbar. Zahlreiche Ausflugmöglichkeiten, wie z.B. Sanibel-Island oder Neaples-Beach sind in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Das entsprechende Equipment in Form von Kühlbox, Strandstühlen und Sonnenschirm ist ausreichend vorhanden. Die nahegelegenen Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Publix und Wal-Mart) sind "im Notfall" auch zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alles in allem hat sich der Vermieter ein schönes, ruhiges Plätzchen geschaffen.
