A spacious and stylish villa for your Florida holiday. Our beautiful south facing pool is over looking wide open spaces, with no rear neighbours. The villa is tastefully furnished with 2 master bedrooms with(UK)king size beds,(one with luxurious memory foam mattress) en suite bathrooms,large walk-in closets, pool access doors. 2 further bedrooms are twin bedded and share a third bathroom. All bedrooms have cable television. The large family room, with 2 sofas and an arm chair,Large cable tv and dvd player, has triple sliding doors to access the pool area. The open plan kitchen is well equipped with large stove, microwave, American fridge freezer, dish washer and plenty of electrical gadgets. A casual dining area and window seat are just off the kitchen.A dining room gives your family a more formal eating area. There is a separate laundry with a large washing machine and dryer. A newly fitted, carpeted games room has a pool table, foosball, air hockey and basket ball with themed seating. Throughout the villa we have high speed Wifi making it easy to keep in touch with friends and family back home. Free local and national telephone calls are included.For your peace of mind,if you are staying with young children, all pool access doors and windows are fitted with optional alarms. An iPod/iPhone dock is also provided.
